I whipped up these Orange-Chocolate Chip Muffins after a torturous afternoon at work; the chef at the tea room beneath my cubicle (literally!)was baking something delightful all afternoon, and I left work dying for my own fresh baked goodies. Chocolate Chip Banana Muffin
Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C). Grease tin or insert paper liners. In large bowl cream with electric mixer butter and sugar. Add and combine well egg, banana and baking soda dissolved in hot water. In smaller bowl combine well flour, salt, nutmeg, walnuts and chocolate chips. Combine wet and dry mixtures and fold together gently until just mixed.
