Nestle Chocolate Recipes
The first Nestle chocolate recipe is one called fudge cake. For this you need 1 cup self-raising flour, 2/3 cup caster sugar, 250 g butter, 1/3 cup Nestle baking cocoa, 125 ml boiling water, and 3 eggs. For the icing, you'll need 100 g butter, 125 g Nestle Plaistowe cooking chocolate melted, 1 cup icing sugar, and 2 tsp hot water.
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease and line a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper. Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. In a medium saucepan, melt the Nestle milk melts and butter until well combined, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Next, you want to combine the Nestle baking cocoa and water, mix until well combined. Add to the melts mixture with eggs, and using a whisk, mix until smooth. Then add this to the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined. Pour into a prepared cake tin and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cake is cooked when tested with a skewer. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes in tin before turning out onto a wire rack to cool. Spread with icing and decorate with whatever type of sweets you like.
